Apartment and house deep cleaning
The whole space in one go, for an owner or a tenant: an apartment, a house, a villa or a holiday flat, one at a time. Every room and every surface, to a scope we agree in advance.
What the scope usually covers
The scope is always agreed, but it most often includes:
- floors - washed, and extraction-cleaned where they are carpeted
- bathrooms - toilets, basins and showers, tiles, grout, taps, shower enclosures
- kitchens - worktops, extractor hood, behind and under appliances, and inside cupboards where agreed
- glass, frames, handles, switches and doors
- textiles in the space - sofas, mattresses, carpets, headboards
- terraces, balconies and exterior surfaces, pressure-washed where needed

When it is done
Before moving in
The space is taken over clean to the detail: inside the kitchen units, the bathroom, the glass, the floors and any textiles that stay.
At the end of a tenancy
Everything routine cleaning has skipped for years: behind and under appliances, grout, the inside of cupboards, mattresses and sofas.
After building work
Fine dust settles on every surface, into grout, onto glass and into ventilation. It comes off in an order that does not spread it around.
Before handover or a sale
The apartment or house is handed over in a state you can move straight into, or show a buyer straight away.

How the job runs
Step 1: Agreeing the scope
We walk the rooms and establish what is in the job and what is not. For a larger house or villa we do that on site.
Step 2: Order of work
Top down and dry before wet, so nothing already cleaned gets dirty again.
Step 3: A combination of methods
Steam for grease and grout, extraction for textiles, high pressure for exteriors. One home usually needs more than one method.
Step 4: A walk-through at the end
We go through the space with you or with whoever is taking it over.

Price
The quote follows the scope: the number of rooms, the state of the space, which surfaces are included and which textiles need washing. For a larger house or villa we come and look before we quote; for an apartment a description and a few photographs are usually enough.
