Through the enquiry form we collect only what you type in: your name or company name, phone number, email address, the type and location of the property, its approximate size, a description of the cleaning needed and a preferred date.

The time of submission is also recorded, in order to process the enquiry and to guard against automated messages.

We use your data solely to reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote and arrange the work.

The legal basis is taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.

We do not sell your data and do not pass it to third parties for marketing purposes.

Data is transmitted only to our email delivery provider and to the hosting provider serving this website, to the extent necessary to deliver your enquiry.

Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to process them and for any follow-up business communication, after which they are deleted.
