How we choose the method

The same room is not always cleaned the same way. The material, how soiled it is and what the space is used for decide whether the job is extraction, steam, high pressure or a combination. We check the material before we start, and if a method is not right for it we say so before we begin.

Hotels, apartment properties and buildings

A twelve-unit property needs the same machines as one apartment but a different plan: unit by unit, in a slot that suits the property, with a site visit and an assessment in advance.
